Improving Positive Communication
and Learning to Fight Fair
3 Sessions - $300
* Available from March 15, 2010 through August 15, 2010

This 3 session package is designed for couples who already have an overall happy and healthy relationship but are looking for a little extra help with communication. The three sessions focus solely on communication as I help you understand and develop positive communication skills and healthy conflict resolution skills. If you are looking for ways to better understand your partner, feel more appreciated by your partner, or learn ways to fight that lead to resolution and a preserved sense of mutual respect, then this package is for you.

I offer this package in two different ways: as a one week intensive for people who are highly motivated and process information quickly, or over the course of three weeks for people who prefer to take more time to process information and enjoy having a week in between sessions to apply new material.

Pre-Marital Counseling: Preparing for Marital Bliss
and Avoiding the Marital Blues

This five session package is for couples who want to work out any kinks in their relationship before tying the knot. Couples who are a good fit for this package generally already have a positive relationship and are looking to ensure they have a happy, healthy, and lasting marriage. Sessions are once a week for five weeks. Each session focuses on a specific topic: Expectations and Needs, Communication, Boundaries, In Laws and Family Stuff, and Intimacy.
