I received my master of arts in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in marital and family therapy, from Azusa Pacific University in 2004. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington. Being licensed means that in addition to completing a masters degree, I also completed 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience and passed two licensing exams.
I have been in private practice since 2007. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked at a non-profit community mental health clinic in southern California. I also worked at Azusa Pacific University’s Child and Family Development Center and at a private psychiatric hospital in Pasadena, California.
I primarily treat individuals and couples who are struggling to create or regain happy, healthy, passionate, fulfilling, and lasting relationships. I also treat individuals and couples in the midst of divorce or separation that are struggling to find closure, struggling to cope with their feelings of grief and loss, or struggling to move forward in life without their significant other.
